We’ve implemented revolutionary optimizations that made the application much faster:

Web Workers for calculations - complex computations no longer block the interface
36x acceleration of sheet layout calculations
Parallel recalculation when changing horizontal offset
Rendering optimization - combining hundreds of objects into separate shapes

Now even on complex roofs with many cutouts, calculations are performed instantly!

Working with cutouts has become even more convenient:

Selection, moving, and deletion of entire cutouts
Improved ruler snapping to cutouts
Display of cutout dimensions in edit mode
More stable vertex editing with live preview
Proper cutout copying when duplicating surfaces

Use of organization logo
Proper Cyrillic display with local Roboto fonts

Technical Improvements

Migration to Konva.js

We’ve fully migrated from Fabric.js to Konva.js - a more modern library for working with canvas:

Better support for layers and object groups
More flexible event system
Improved control over display order
More stable operation with large numbers of objects

For you as users, this means more stable editor operation and fewer errors during complex operations.

Ruler Improvements

Fixed snapping to layout sheets after optimization
Reduced priority of 45° diagonals for more intuitive work
Added snap indicator
Improved snapping to cutouts

Layout Calculation Optimization

New layout algorithm v3 has been implemented:

Bbox coverage with global joints
Optimized column filtering
Sheet trimming algorithm along polygon contour
